Share Candidate Sites
 

SCS SECURE has launched Share Candidate Sites, an online service that allows subscribing members to share potential real estate opportunities.

The new “list server” allows developers and investors to post and review brief descriptions of sites that are or may become available for sale, investment, or redevelopment. With a long history of providing redevelopment services to public and private entities, SCS developed the list server to further promote the redevelopment of environmentally contaminated properties and identify valuable opportunities that might otherwise have been missed.

With more than 40 offices nationwide, SCS routinely identifies contaminated real estate assets and has partnered with its extensive network of real estate companies to provide a more comprehensive mixed resource. The company has worked on and is familiar with many of the posted sites, and will provide additional information on a given site upon request.
