Mr. Johnston manages SCS' Arizona operations with over 15 years experience in environmental investigations, contamination assessment and cleanup design and oversight, site closures, hazardous materials emergency response, and regulatory and community interface.  Mr. Johnston has performed and managed over 400 environmental investigations, including soil and groundwater characterization and remediation projects in the Tucson area.  He has served as Project Manager and Project Director for City of Tucson EM projects since 1995.

Mr. Johnston is responsible for technical and administrative management of all phases of project work including work plans and specifications, field work, research, data analysis, preparation and review of reports, budgeting, client contact, business development, and quality control.
